PhotoJourneys Workshops Payment Options/Cancellation Policy/Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

We accept cash, check, money orders, and major credit cards through PayPal.

Full payment is required for workshops which cost less than $150

For workshops which cost over $150:
Due upon registration: 50% of workshop fee ($50 nonrefundable)
Due 60 days prior to workshop: balance due

Full payment is required on bookings taken 60 days or less prior to workshop start date. Workshop fees can be paid with a credit card through PayPal, or by check made out to "Kathy Tarantola".

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

There is a $50 non-refundable fee charged if you cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel within 60 days of the start of the workshop you will forfeit 50% of the workshop fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to workshop start date, 100% of the workshop fee will be forfeited.

Cancellations or rescheduling of workshops on the part of PhotoJourneys Workshops may be made due to circumstances beyond our control. A change of workshop dates or locations will not be made unless absolutely unavoidable. We also retain the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if inadequate enrollment makes it economically unfeasible. In this case a full refund of all payments will be made within 30 days by check. However, we cannot be responsible for additional losses or expenses incurred by the workshop participant and/or his or her non-photographing guests, such as airline tickets, airline cancellation fees, travel insurance, and other related charges.

Other Terms:

Rules: Whether the workshop you participate in is held on private, public, or government lands, you agree to abide by all rules, restrictions, and ordinances governing such lands and property. You also agree to respect the rights of other workshop participants, instructors, and those providing services to or for said workshop. Failure to comply with any governing rules or authority may result in the removal of the participant from said workshop or related activity with no provisions for refund.

Schedules: Please keep in mind; we reserve the right to make changes in itinerary based on weather, group preferences, health conditions of participants or instructors, or any other conditions beyond our control. However in the event of unexpected changes we will make every effort to maximize the photographic and instructional opportunities.

Our days are full, especially during multi-day workshops. You can choose to opt out of any field trips, but letting us know ahead of time is essential. The safety of everyone involved is our number one priority and we need to account for everyone. If you choose to go off on your own, PhotoJourneys Workshops cannot take responsibility for you.

Model Release: You consent that any and all photographs made of you or that include you or your property may be used by PhotoJourneys Workshops and/or its assigns in promotional and/or advertising efforts for no fee and/or compensation. If you choose to opt out of this policy, please let us know ahead of time.
